POSITION OVERVIEW

As part of the account opening team, you will be responsible for opening and updating client accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting client onboarding.

CORE SKILLS

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in financial services.
• College diploma (DEC) in finance or a relevant field.

• Ensure client forms and documents meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Process client onboarding documentation (account openings, information updates, changes based on client needs, etc.).
• Perform other related duties as requested by management.
