Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Agent Senior – Service à la clientèle bilingue (français/anglais) afin de rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. La personne retenue jouera un rôle clé dans le soutien à nos clients, en offrant un service professionnel, efficace et axé sur la satisfaction.
Poste : Agent Senior - Service à la clientèle – bilingue – possibilité télétravail deux/trois journées
Horaire de travail : Temps plein – Jour - du lundi au vendredi de 7:00/7:30 à 16:00

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingualism is mandatory (French and English)
• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role – experience in transportation is an asset
• Knowledge of the geography of Quebec and Ontario is an asset

• Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email) in both French and English
• Provide advanced support and resolve complex situations
• Ensure proper follow-up of client files and maintain clear, professional communication
• Support transportation logistics and services
• Prepare various Excel reports
• Perform filing and data entry tasks
• Monitor shipments to ensure compliance with service standards
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer experience
• Train and support new team members when required
• Perform other related duties as assigned
