QUALIFICATIONS

  • Real Estate License not required but a huge PLUS!
  • Proven experience in real estate support or administrative roles, preferably within a real estate brokerage
  • Strong knowledge of real estate terminology, processes, and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or business administration is a plus
  • Familiarity with Keller Williams systems and tools is highly desirable
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite at Keller Williams Tacoma, 7525 28th St W, University Place, USA

Responsibilities
  • Support office marketing initiatives, including updating social media channels and creating promotional materials.
  • Invite people to career nights and track attendance and follow up.
  • Set recruiting appts for the team leader for new agents interested in joining the office.
  • Assist the market center admin in processing checks for agents.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by handling inquiries and resolving office-related issues efficiently.
  • Multi task with handling the needs of the front desk, incoming phone calls and deliveries
  • Create and help coordinate a training calendar for the office.
  • Be the office tech trainer and help agents with any tech related questions and problems.
