As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring seamless communication between clients, agents, and the brokerage team. You will proactively manage a portfolio of clients, facilitate the underwriting process, and maintain high service standards that drive success. Please note that this position is a full-time role that requires onsite presence. We believe that being part of our office environment is integral to the collaborative nature of our work. Your Responsibilities Maintain proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other platforms. Document relevant information through data entry, including correspondence. Facilitate communication among clients, agents, and the brokerage team in line with company policies via phone, email, text, and Slack. Use independent discretion to manage client progression through the underwriting process. Proactively manage a portfolio of assigned clients. Deliver high-level service to all internal and external agents. Foster a positive teamwork environment. Continuously enhance knowledge of the business. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely. Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software. Bilingual in Spanish both verbally and in written communications preferred.
