Nápoles 🧑‍⚕️ Descripción del puesto: Estamos en búsqueda de un nuevo integrante para nuestro equipo de Call Center. El objetivo principal del rol es brindar soporte telefónico y digital a pacientes. ✅ Responsabilidades: Atender llamadas entrantes y salientes de pacientes. Brindar información clara y precisa sobre servicios Programas de Soporte a Pacientes. Registrar y actualizar datos en CRM. Resolver inquietudes con empatía, profesionalismo y orientación al paciente. Requisitos: Experiencia en atención telefónica, call center en empresas enfocadas al sector salud. Deseable experiencia en programa de soporte a pacientes (PSP). Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita. Manejo de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión (Microsoft Office, CRM).
