Le titulaire du poste est responsable d’assurer la prise de commandes quotidiennes, par téléphone et par courriel, à des concessionnaires ainsi qu’à une clientèle professionnelle dans le domaine du HVAC.

THIS POSITION IS IN PERSON ON THE SOUTH SHORE OF MONTREAL, IN ST-MATHIEU DE BELOEIL.

Since 1990, SUNRISE Tradex Corp. has established itself as a leading distributor of air conditioning/ventilation products and hardware.
In order to support our growth and operations, we are currently looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT - dealer and professional customers.

SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION:

The employee is responsible for taking daily orders, by telephone and e-mail, from dealers and professional customers in the HVAC field.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Permanent full-time position;
  • 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with 30 minutes of lunch per day;
  • Group insurance, group RRSP with employer contribution;
  • Starting at $20/hr, to be discussed according to experience. Annual salary review.

Responsibilities
  • Take and enter daily orders by telephone and e-mail;
  • Forward, via Teams, the daily orders to the right warehouse;
  • Manage and maintain a shared planning calendar for post-dated orders;
  • Manage and maintain multiple corporate email addresses;
  • Occasionally receive and serve customers who come to our branch and redirect them, according to their needs, to people within the various departments of the organization;
  • Refer all situations requiring attention to the immediate superior;
  • Any other tasks requested by management.
