Job Details Job Location: Mexico Location - Guadalajara, JA Salary Range: $20000.00 Salary/month Description Position Summary Our Services Agent provides World Class Service with all inbound and outbound calls from our members servicing their welcome call, financial needs, provide solutions that will help their vacation experience, resolve problems, fulfill requests, and maintain product knowledge. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. · Provide World Class Service on all calls by using ResortCom Call Quality model. · Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting members with financial obligations. · Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints through proper research, identify solutions and accept ownership. Educate members on services offered and payment deadlines. Maintain a working knowledge of all resorts, company policies, procedures, and services. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly service level goals. Willingness to work flexible schedules that varies according to business needs. · Perform other duties as assigned by management. The noise level in this environment is usually moderate. Travel will be required to receive training, attend meetings and develop relationships with other professionals.
