We’re looking for a highly motivated and visionary AI Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive groundbreaking advancements in our field. As an AI Engineer, you’ll be responsible for researching, designing, and deploying AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable machine learning models and algorithms for the business. Main Responsibilities
Produce rapid prototyping and development of new AI ideas and concepts.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, software teams, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
Implement cutting-edge techniques and methodologies to improve platform performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ensuring our thinking remains at the forefront of innovation.
Work on and solve complex problems, driving the development of state-of-the-art AI solutions.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
Experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. The ideal candidate has experience with technologies like AWS Bedrock and Google AI/ML tools to create and deploy solutions.
Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data structures, and algorithms.
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Experience with data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Technical Skills
Generative AI: Experience with concepts like RAG and Prompt Engineering is highly desirable.
Cloud Services: Proficiency with AWS services is essential, including S3, Lambda, SageMaker, SQS, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, and Glue. Experience with Snowflake or Redshift is also a plus.
Agentic GenAI Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain or Langraph is added advantage.
DevOps & Infrastructure as Code: Knowledge of Docker, Git, Kubernetes, and Terraform is valuable for consistent and repeatable deployments.
Monitoring: Experience with tools like Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring model performance and infrastructure health is preferred.

Pay: £30,254.15-£450,000.00 per year
