Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), including solution architecture, governance, and deployment.
  • 1+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, with a strong understanding of prompt engineering, grounding, and extensibility

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), including solution architecture, governance, and deployment.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven agent capabilities across the enterprise, ensuring robust performance and scalability.
  • Assist in the development and execute comprehensive plans to integrate AI technologies into business processes, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and boosting employee productivity.
  • Follow the roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and show measurable impact.
  • Support the transformation of Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) capabilities by integrating Generative AI and Agent technologies, driving innovation and modernization.

Compensation for this role at Menlo Park CA is between $133,300 to $237,100 depending on skills and expertise.
Compensation for this role at Charlotte NC is between $111,100 to $197,500 depending on skills and expertise.
