What You'll Do

• Design, build and ship production-grade AI applications and agentic systems.
• Build agent orchestration incorporating planning, tool use, context and memory.
• Develop RAG and GraphRAG systems, semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
• Build reliable LLM-powered workflows and AI products, taking ideas from experimentation through to production.
• Develop the underlying APIs, services and infrastructure required to operate AI systems at scale.
• Build evaluation frameworks, observability and monitoring to measure and improve agent performance.
• Work with containers, cloud infrastructure and deployment/control-plane technologies to run AI systems reliably.
• Experiment rapidly with emerging models, frameworks and architectures and turn successful ideas into production capabilities.
• Take genuine ownership of systems from architecture through implementation, deployment and operation.
