About the Role

Our client, a large diversified group investing in digital transformation across multiple business units, is seeking an Agentic AI Technical Consultant to design and deploy AI agent-based solutions that automate workflows and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows/solutions (multi-step, tool-using AI agents) for business process automation
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (SAP, analytics platforms, CRM, logistics/warehouse platforms)
• Work with LLM APIs/frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar) to build production-grade agents
• Partner with business stakeholders across verticals to identify automation opportunities
• Build RAG pipelines, tool/function-calling integrations, and orchestration layers
• Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and data privacy standards for enterprise deployment

Requirements

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on experience in agentic AI/LLM application development
• Strong Python skills; experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and vector databases
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems (ERP/SAP experience a plus)
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agent evaluation/observability
• Prior consulting or cross-industry project experience preferred
• Strong communication skills to translate technical capability into business value
