Here's what you can expect:

• Development of agent-based workflows: Design, development, and implementation of agent-based workflows and process automation for our sales and recruiting processes.
• System Architect: You will design sophisticated system architectures that seamlessly integrate AI agents, APIs, and internal tools. (Traditional front-end development is not part of your responsibilities – we are looking for in-depth expertise in workflow engineering, automation, and AI integration.)
• Projects: You will work on several major initiatives, including the development of autonomous agent pipelines, the integration of AI models into existing business processes, and the networking of our systems via intelligent API interfaces.
• Creator: You take a holistic approach to your tasks, from the initial idea and prompt engineering to the production pipeline. You don't just think in terms of individual API calls, but design well-thought-out multi-step agents that operate reliably and scalably.
• Environment: Salesforce integrations and working within the Salesforce ecosystem play a major role – you integrate AI agents and automated processes into existing CRM workflows.
• Responsibilities: You are able to independently familiarize yourself with new AI frameworks, agent architectures, and cloud services and critically evaluate them. You are also responsible for the design and implementation of API connections for efficient communication between agents, services, and third-party systems.
• Version control: Last but not least, you actively use Git for version control and structured collaboration. Clean documentation of workflows and agent logic is a given for you.
