Description

Overview Design and deliver AI agents that securely consume AWS data/logs/metadata, generate actionable insights, and execute controlled operational actions (reprocessing/validation) with approvals, audit trails, and reliability standards. Responsibilities Build Bedrock agents for CX insight generation (intents, bot fallback, deflection, VoC/compliance themes) Build Bedrock agents for DataOps triage: summarize incidents, infer root causes from CloudWatch/Glue/Lambda signals, and recommend fixes. Implement controlled-action automations (Step Functions/Lambda/EventBridge) for reruns/backfills/validations with guardrails and approvals. Implement RAG over runbooks, tickets, and technical docs to ground responses and standardize resolution steps. Integrate agents into operational channels (Teams/Slack/email/ticketing) and enforce consistent response/runbook patterns. Requirements Hands-on AWS Bedrock (model invocation, prompt design patterns, tool/function calling and agent workflows). Strong Python + API/service development; ability to build production-grade automation and integrations. Strong AWS experience: Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, Glue, CloudWatch, IAM (Lake Formation a plus). RAG fundamentals: embeddings, retrieval, chunking, vector search (OpenSearch / vector store), grounding and evaluation. Production engineering mindset: observability, idempotency, retries, failure handling, security controls, and cost governance. Nice-to-have: agent frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph or similar)
