We have an exciting opportunity for a Aggregates & Quarry Product Sales Representative to join our sales team and to secure work in conjunction with the sales strategy for the aggregate and quarried products division of Johnsons Wellfield Quarries.

• Create, develop, support and execute sales plan to support delivery of budget
• Provide accurate sales forecast that identifies early actions to achieve sales budget inclusive of sales information relating to weekly and monthly updates for the business
• Follow up sales leads and quotes daily
• Grow and maintain a portfolio of customers. Assuming primary responsibility for their needs to ensure professional account management is provided.
• Identify competitors and provide feedback and updates on their performance and proposition.
• Adhere to competition law
• Actively assist in delivering excellent customer service
• Work closely with logistics staff to achieve excellent delivery service
• Ensure all suppliers, customers, visitors and staff comply with the Company Health and Safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Actively assist in delivering excellent customer service
• Provide forecast information to support the operations team
• Deal with and record customer complaints in line with business expectations
• Attend internal and external meetings and group discussions when required
