Position Title: Aggregator & Delivery Operations Executive (Food & Beverage)

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in F&B delivery, logistics, or aggregator management.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, order prep processes, and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with POS/KDS systems and aggregator portals (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, etc.).
• Strong communication and coordination skills with BOH, FOH, and riders.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and resolve issues quickly.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Aggregator & Delivery Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing daily delivery operations across in-house fleet and third-party aggregator platforms ( Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, etc.). The role ensures smooth coordination between the kitchen, riders, and aggregators to guarantee accurate order flow, on-time delivery, and a high-quality customer experience.
