Responsibilities

We are looking to hire an Aggregator Manager who manages the aggregation of data, campaigns, or resources across various platforms and channels to optimize marketing strategies, drive sales growth, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with food aggregators, such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon etc…
  • Coordinate menu listings and updates across all aggregator platforms.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions on aggregator platforms to drive sales.
  • Negotiate and manage aggregator discounts and deals to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data from aggregator platforms to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of aggregator sales with restaurant operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in aggregator management.

Delivery Platform Management:

  • Oversee restaurant listings on aggregators (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo, Zomato, Careem, Uber Eats).
  • Manage platform promotions, discount campaigns, and special offers.
  • Monitor platform performance, order trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Resolve operational issues related to online ordering and delivery logistics.
