Description: The Agile Acquisition Analyst (Senior) will support a Government Program Management Office (PMO) in delivering complex Department of Defense (DoD) capabilities by integrating Agile methodologies with acquisition lifecycle practices. The Agile Acquisition Analyst (Senior) will lead requirements elicitation, roadmap development, and cross-functional collaboration with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure technical solutions are aligned with mission priorities. The Agile Acquisition Analyst (Senior) will translate operational needs into actionable user stories, manage team planning and metrics, and drive execution using Agile tools and processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in a related field, or equivalent years of experience in a field directly related to the position
• 8+ years of experience in a directly related to the position
• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition and software development life cycle practices
• Agile certification (e.g., Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist or Scrum Master)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management
• Experience with Agile collaboration and development tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow)
• Experience supporting large-scale DoD software acquisition programs
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align technical delivery with acquisition and program goals
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take on a proactive role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Word), SharePoint
• Must possess and maintain a Secret Security Clearance

• Lead requirements elicitation, decomposition, and traceability in collaboration with product owners, subject matter experts, and engineering teams

• Generate dashboards and metrics-based reporting artifacts for leadership and team execution visibility
• Use Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) to document tasks, update user stories, track progress, and generate metrics-based reports
• Validate fulfillment of user story acceptance criteria and promote early and iterative testing across teams
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with functional and technical teams to clarify requirements, resolve blockers, align priorities, and support delivery milestones
