At AMS, we’re always looking for ways to develop and enhance our services, and our Service Enablement function is no different. We’re currently recruiting a Technology professional to join us as a Business Analyst supporting the development of new and existing services.
This role offers you the chance to grow your skills and become a subject matter expert in one of our key growth areas. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As a Business Analyst within our Service Enablement function, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing analytical support for feature development.
  • Proactively investigating and assessing issues and trends and offering insight and recommendations to the team.
  • Collaborating with other business units to deliver business solutions.
  • Support the creation and management of User Stories.
  • Supporting the testing of services and processes.
  • Assisting Delivery Management in sharing updates on roadmap items and timelines, ensuring effective communication across Technology, Strategy, and Operational teams.
  • Leading Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, refinements, and poker planning.
  • Sharing information at varying technical levels to suit different stakeholders.
  • Understanding and supporting the achievement of operational performance metrics.
  • Compiling and reporting insights from defect reports, supporting action plans based on these insights.
