We create high-quality software solutions, focusing particularly on our mainframe application developed in Natural, which is the core of our operations. This helps our colleagues who support Tryg’s customers by providing reliable and efficient services.
You will be part of our Core Policy & Partner department, which consists of developers, business analysts, and quality assurance testers who work with the product owner in our four agile teams. In our department we work with the development and management of offers and policies for Tryg and our partners. Other stakeholders include product developers, actuaries, lawyers, and partner managers.
We are now looking for an Agile Business analyst that can help us understand and analyze business needs and improve processes that lead to enhanced team performance.
We imagine your core tasks will be:
Creating process flows to visualize and understand business processes
Facilitate meetings and workshops ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance team performance.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of business needs.
Part of the team works offshore, while others are at the office in Ballerup. Much of the work is done virtually therefore, proficiency in English is essential, and the ability to communicate effectively in one or more Scandinavian languages is highly beneficial.
