Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Agile Business Analyst to support the full lifecycle of vKesi configurations and use cases within the SIPR environment, with additional support to the NIPR environment as needed. This role will serve as a critical liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions are effectively designed, implemented, and communicated.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, business process modeling experience, and excellent communication skills to foster collaboration across teams and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full lifecycle capability for vKesi configurations and use cases in SIPR, with support to NIPR when required.
• Develop and maintain business process models to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist with Cost Sharing Model management and reporting to support resource allocation and financial planning.
• Engage with stakeholders through regular face-to-face interactions, providing updates, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement configuration changes and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards within classified environments.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Shaw AFB and be available on-site at least 3 days per week.
• Strong background in system configuration management and/or technical solution delivery.
• Experience with business process modeling and workflow optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience supporting classified environments (SIPR/NIPR).
• Familiarity with cost models, financial tracking, or resource allocation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and business requirements in complex mission-focused environments.
