About the role: In this role, you will join the AutoStore Sphere team: a small, agile, and collaborative team focused on delivering AutoStore’s unified, AI-powered external experience. Our mission is to create a single, personalized platform where partners and customers can manage their entire lifecycle with AutoStore, from presales to post-sales, while seamlessly connecting with their own tools and data. We are looking for someone who can combine elements of a Scrum Master, Change Manager, and Business Analyst, while also being comfortable stepping in wherever needed. You will work across the full development value chain—from understanding business needs and shaping solutions to supporting implementation and adoption. The ideal candidate is versatile, proactive, and eager to contribute to the team’s success. This role is also a strong starting point for junior professionals looking to build a broad skill set and grow quickly in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the global organization, as well as with our small, agile, and adaptable team dedicated to rapid progress. Fulfill multiple roles as needed, including Scrum Master, Change Manager, and Business Analyst. Support team objectives by taking on a variety of tasks to achieve business goals. Contributing in all phases of development, from identifying business needs to designing and implementing solutions. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience, preferably within the areas of Project Management, Organizational Change Management, or Business Analytics. Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field is optimal. Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Structured and the ability to make the complex easy. Strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.
