ABOUT THE ROLE

So, what is it like to be a Chapter Lead at DFDS? As a Chapter Lead, you lead, coach, and mentor our agile coaches to help them grow as professionals and maximize their impact. You lead the vision for what a professional is within the craft in close collaboration with another Chapter Lead and the leadership team in Innovation & Strategy Execution. You will lead, inspire and energize the chapter around the future of agile coaching — with a clear focus on outcomes over outputs. This role is about more than agile frameworks — it’s about embedding a mindset that prioritise business impact, benefit realisation, and customer value. You’ll help teams connect their work to strategic goals and measurable results.
You will be a part of the Technology & Innovation Division, act as line manager for 5-7 Agile Coaches and contribute as an Agile Coach within one of our tribes. You will report to the Head of Innovation & Strategy Execution.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to bring:

  • Enterprise Agile Experience: Practical experience applying agile principles at scale with focus on product and outcomes.
  • B2B Expertise: Experience of working in a B2B environment, with understanding of how to define and realise business impact.
  • Agile & Product Knowledge: Strong background in product management and agile frameworks and tools.
  • People Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing people.
  • OKR & KPI Fluency: Experience driving company-wide understanding and use of OKRs and KPIs to measure and communicate impact.
  • Visionary Leadership: Ability to lead the Agile Chapter with clarity, energy, and strategic direction

Your interpersonal skills and mindset will be key to your success. We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Proactive and action-oriented
  • Comfortable with changes
  • Passionate about coaching and enabling others
  • Focused on outcomes and continuous improvemen
