We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Facilitate the adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies within the team and with those interacting with the team, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and the Scrum framework, fostering continuous improvement and innovation, while encouraging the rest of IT Corporate to adopt these practices across the organization.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, the Chief Product Officer, and the Portfolio Manager to align team activities with business objectives, balancing tactical planning and strategic goals for sustainable delivery.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment with stakeholders on team goals, capacity, financials, and backlog priorities.
  • Leverage technical expertise to support decision-making, ensuring the team delivers maximum value and the broader IT Corporate adopts effective practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Collaborate with and support the Portfolio Manager, Chief Product Officer, Product Owners, and Delivery Managers to establish governance and prioritization processes that promotes cross-alignment and seamless collaboration between business and technology across the organization.
    You are an experienced change leader and coach with the ability to navigate complex organizations. With a strong understanding of various agile methodologies, you know when and how to adapt frameworks and best practices to fit the situation. Your strategic mindset, combined with your skill in building relationships and managing change, makes you a natural leader in any environment.
    You are attentive, solution-oriented, and driven by a strong desire to contribute to the development of both the organization and its employees. Your experience working at multiple levels within an organization, along with your commitment to long-term improvements, highlights your ability to lead and drive sustainable change

YOUR PROFILE (MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS)

  • Experienced change leader and coach with the ability to navigate complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of various agile methodologies.
  • Strong background in financial solutions, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Financial ERP architecture, design, and implementation, with a solid understanding of financial reporting and analytics.
  • Experience working at multiple levels within an organization, along with your commitment to long-term improvements, highlights your ability to lead and drive sustainable change
  • Higher degree of education, such as a master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, IT Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and their application to portfolio management and governance.
  • Ability to engage with and align business and technical stakeholders to build commitment and drive results.
  • Experience in identifying, leveraging, and connecting decision-making forums to ensure strategic and tactical alignment.
  • Servant leadership approach with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience in driving and embedding change within complex organizational structures.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on identifying and driving opportunities for growth and refinement.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, focused on collective success.
  • Proven experience in driving change and a passion for doing so.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
