Description

Deep practical experience with agile ways of working and coaching. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks. Proficient with online agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams (and similar). Excellent facilitation and workshop delivery skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to listen, empathize and adapt communication style to different audiences. Coaching attitude: enable people to find their own solutions and drive growth. Ability to work across multiple projects and teams; pragmatic and flexible. Experience producing reusable operational artifacts and templates. Minimum 15 years overall experience; 10+ years in the telecommunications industry preferred. 5+ years in Agile program delivery roles (Scrum Master, RTE, Product Owner or similar). SAFe certification (e.g., SPC, SAFe Agilist) preferred. The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
