As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams and stakeholders in adopting and optimizing agile methodologies across the organization. Your primary focus will be to enhance team performance, streamline processes, and foster a collaborative, continuous improvement culture. By providing training, mentorship, and hands-on support, you’ll help teams navigate challenges, increase productivity, and deliver high-quality products aligned with business goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 5+ years working in agile environments, with 2+ years as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
Certifications: Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proven ability to inspire and guide teams through change and agile adoption.
Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Experience in managing agile transformations in the fast scaling organizations.
Familiarity with product development and delivery practices in tech-driven industries (iGaming, Gamedev).
