QUALIFICATIONS THAT INSPIRE US

  • You have sound knowledge and versatile experience in agile methods and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) as well as scaled frameworks (e.g. Nexus, LeSS, SAFe) and use them in a targeted manner.
  • You have already successfully introduced and sustainably established agile approaches in organizations - at team, product and organizational level.
  • You are experienced in coaching teams, managers and stakeholders and know how to facilitate workshops in a goal-oriented manner.
  • You are confident in dealing with change processes, recognize resistance and know how to approach conflicts in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Your strong communication skills and empathy make it easy for you to work with a wide variety of target groups. You also have a high level of conflict resolution skills.
  • You are assertive and at the same time able to inspire and motivate people and get them excited about change.
  • You work in a strategic and goal-oriented manner and always maintain an overview - even in complex situations.
Responsibilities
  • You will accompany the further development of our agile corporate culture and support managers and teams in sustainably anchoring agile principles and values.
  • You will work closely with a central product and its teams to support them on their path to agile maturity. In doing so, you strengthen collaboration, optimize processes and promote a common understanding of agility.
  • As an active member of our Agile Chapter - home to all Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in the Business Unit - you will work on the further development of our agile practices.
  • In particular, you support and accompany the Scrum Masters and create mentoring and coaching formats that promote their further development.
  • You proactively accompany Scrum events and also take on the role of facilitator.
  • You work closely with managers and other decision-makers to support them in their strategic and operational alignment and in their role.
  • You actively drive change in the organization, help shape agile structures and promote an open and adaptable organization.
  • You keep an eye on the big picture, recognizing systemic solutions that advance the entire organization.
