Description

WHAT IT'S ABOUT

For many years, we have supported demanding digitization and transformation projects for federal and state authorities. By combining modern agile methods with the requirements of complex public sector projects, we develop sustainable, future-oriented solutions with societal relevance.

As part of an ongoing project with one of our long-standing partners in the public sector, we are expanding our approximately 60-strong Delivery Unit and are looking for you as an Agile Coach (m/f/d).

Join us and become part of the SINC family.

YOUR TASKS

  • Your main tasks include independently planning and moderating the central ART ceremonies.
  • You will support the introduction of SAFe and actively drive the agile transformation.
  • You will clarify roles, responsibilities and interfaces between product owners, business analysts, project managers and teams, and you will support the reduction of structural friction.
  • As a sparring partner (m/f/d) at eye level, you moderate conflicts and support project managers, product owners and team coaches in challenging situations.
  • You promote an agile work culture and combine agile principles with the requirements of an environment with fixed delivery dates and contractual obligations.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You have training, certification or comparable qualification as an Agile Coach as well as a SAFe certification, ideally as SA, SPC or RTE.
  • You have relevant experience in the public sector and have already worked on projects with federal authorities or public clients.
  • Independent moderation of PI Plannings and other ART ceremonies is part of your experience.
  • Ideally, you have experience with T&M delivery models and the associated contractual framework.
  • A basic technical understanding of IT delivery and software development completes your profile.
  • Furthermore, you have several years of experience at the program or portfolio level and are comfortable working in complex organizational structures.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Do you want to balance your professional and private life? Wonderful. Enjoy flexible working hours. Up to 60% of your work can be done from home.
  • We're already paying for your future self. When you retire, we'll have set aside €338 per month for you as part of your company pension plan.
  • We invest in you through regular training and professional development. The great thing is, you can also learn from your experienced colleagues every day.
  • Do you enjoy good food? Then take advantage of our food allowance.
  • Get from A to B quickly with your own JobRad (company bike).
  • Whether it's a wine festival or a Christmas party – we celebrate together. We'd also love for your family to join us at our summer festival.
  • Grow together with your team at amazing events. Whether it's bouldering, a barbecue, or a trampoline park, let your imagination run wild.
