Do you want to actively shape the agile transformation of the Competence Center Business Solutions and support teams, managers, and project leaders in effectively embedding agile working methods in practice? Do you have experience using agile methods, understand the needs of different stakeholders, and enjoy constructively guiding change? Then you've come to the right place. You:

• You accompany the agile transformation within Business Solutions and support teams in sustainably applying agile principles, roles, methods and routines.
• coaches executives, product owners, Scrum Masters, project managers and teams in the effective use of agile, hybrid and scaled working methods.
• Together with stakeholders, you develop suitable process models for transformation, digitization and implementation projects and support their introduction in everyday project work.
• You moderate workshops, retrospectives, reviews and other agile formats, promote continuous learning and derive improvement measures.
• You promote the use of agile methods, suitable tools and common standards, and strengthen transparency, collaboration and results orientation across teams.
• You identify obstacles in collaboration, decision-making processes and work processes early on and support teams and managers in solving them.

Do you have practical experience in guiding agile transformations and have you already supported teams or organizational units in establishing agile ways of working? Perfect. You:

• You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, psychology, organizational development or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Transformation Coach or in a comparable role in complex IT or transformation environments.
• You have sound knowledge of agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean or scaled agile approaches and can use them appropriately in different situations.
• You have experience in the conception and moderation of workshops, trainings, retrospectives and change formats for different target groups.
• You understand complex business and IT processes, can structure requirements and combine agile working methods with governance, project and portfolio structures.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, present yourself confidently at different hierarchical levels, and impress with empathy, clarity, and the ability to implement ideas.
