Description

Job Summary The Agile Coach has a key role in supporting Agile ways of working and is responsible for driving the adoption and optimization of agile values and principles in Global Enterprise Technology’s (GET) Agile Transformation. As an Agile Coach, you will design and implement a strategy for multiple teams to adopt and scale Agile methodologies and to continuously improve their use of Agile. The Agile Coach will work closely with our current Agile Coaches and the Agile Transition Team (ATT) to ensure consistency across all teams in GET.

Responsibilities

The Agile Coach is responsible for driving the adoption and optimization of Agile values and principles. They will design and implement strategies for multiple teams to adopt and scale Agile methodologies.
