Your tasks:

• Supporting multiple product teams (2 to 4 teams in parallel) in the introduction and further development of an agile DevOps way of working.
• Moderation of all Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
• Identification and removal of obstacles (impediments) that impair the performance and productivity of teams
• Coaching teams in self-organization, agile methods and continuous improvement
• Support or assumption of selected product owner tasks, especially in backlog management and stakeholder management.
• Supporting organizational change processes and promoting a sustainable, agile corporate culture
• Conducting workshops, training sessions and coaching programs for teams and stakeholders
• Managing and promoting effective collaboration between product teams, departments, and other stakeholders.
• Definition, analysis and tracking of relevant agile and DevOps metrics to measure team and process performance
• Optimizing workflows and supporting teams in the successful implementation of changes and innovations

Your qualifications:

• Solid professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Consultant in software development, software architecture, DevOps or comparable environments.
• Solid knowledge of agile methods and frameworks, especially Scrum and agile scaling approaches.
• Proven experience in change management and organizational transformation projects
• Practical experience in moderating agile ceremonies, workshops and team formats
• Strong coaching skills for developing self-organized and high-performing teams
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and collaboration with diverse interest groups
• Experience in complex corporate structures with many stakeholders and differing objectives
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong soft skills, especially servant leadership, conflict management, empathy, moderation skills and situational leadership.
• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, project management or a comparable course of study, and ideally certifications in Agile Project Management, Agile Coaching or Change Management.
