Description

Techstra is seeking a Senior Agile Coach -SAFe SPC (5.0 min) certified to join our team to partner with leadership and teams in advancing Agile practices, driving transformation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will work across multiple teams and stakeholders, guide the launch of new initiatives, and equip the organization with tools, knowledge, and strategies to improve delivery and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to enhance organizational agility, streamline processes, and mature delivery practices.
  • Guide the launch and growth of new agile teams, supporting their integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate problem-solving discussions with diverse stakeholders, identifying and removing obstacles to team success.
  • Lead cultural change efforts, encouraging innovative thinking and challenging existing patterns that limit progress.
  • Design, adapt, and deliver agile training programs to build knowledge and strengthen agile capabilities across the organization.
  • Share and promote effective practices drawn from hands-on coaching experience, enabling scalability and repeatable success.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

  • SAFe SPC (5.0 minimum) certification required.
  • Demonstrated success in launching Agile Release Trains.
  • Experience in Lean Portfolio Management preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
    Location: This position is a hybrid role in Pittsburgh, PA.
