We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach/Trainer for the adoption of Agile. You will be responsible for the delivery of training and the day-to-day coaching needed to transition traditional waterfall development teams to Agile, as well as continue to mature existing Agile processes and teams. In this role, the Agile Coach will partner with Product and Technology leaders on the end to end scaled agile flow with a focus on process optimization and measurable results. The scope of training and coaching includes team organization/self-management, Scrum, and Agile engineering practices.

What you do

• Serve as the subject matter expert to achieve that employees executing and living Agile Mindsets..
• Act as mentor, coach, and train Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Teams to build Agile capabilities (via classroom training and coaching)
• Identify candidates to be trained on formal Agile roles
• Expose our technology teams to the latest innovative thinking and ideas to increase agility, leveraging lean, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Drive the organization to understand the value of adopting KPIs and improve the organization by removing barriers that block Agile principles
• Execute a change management strategy and identify areas of business that can benefit from Agile methodology
• Conduct team audits to ensure Agile implementation is sustained
• Guide the organization through the SAFe framework transformation roadmap and define aligned Operational Value streams

What we are asking

• 4+ years experience with DevOps in enterprise organizations with agile frameworks and methodologies as Kanban, Scrum, Lean, XP, etc.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success as an Agile Coach in enterprise organizations and proven results in transforming software engineering teams
• Demonstrated success in influencing skills to achieve alignment in senior leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Certification in Agile Coaching, Agile Facilitation, Agile Leadership and/or Scrum Professional
• Active in the agile community by attending events and willing to travel
• Having deep knowledge and real-world experience (battle scars) about scaled agile frameworks, like SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, S@S, etc.
• University degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent
• Fluent in English and German
