We are looking for individuals with deep expertise in strategy execution, operating model design, product management, and Lean Portfolio Management. In this role, you will work with leading organisations in sectors such as Energy, Transport, Defence, and beyond. What You will do As part of our Agile practice, you will: Design and embed practices that help clients realise tangible outcomes, not just adopt agile ceremonies Re-wire operating models to build adaptive, high-performing organisations that can continuously respond to change Connect corporate strategy to real work, ensuring teams are focused on the right priorities at the right time Shape new ways of working across organisational boundaries - engineering, operations, commercial, shared services and frontline teams Work side-by-side with clients, building capability through blended, co-delivered transformation Contribute to a thriving community of practitioners across agile, digital, operating models, strategy and organisational change Qualifications You have at least 3 – 5 years of experience working in an agile context. You have worked as a consultant and are comfortable with client communication, requirements gathering, and delivery. Academic Qualification: Candidates must possess a recognized academic degree (bachelor's level or higher) in a relevant field to be eligible for this position Meritorious: Practical experience designing and implementing organisational change, operating models, or driving agile delivery projects. Coaching, Lean, Flow, Product, or Agile certifications (framework-neutral preferred). Hands-on experience with agile portfolio management, including portfolio Kanban, value stream visibility, dynamic funding, and implementing outcome-focused governance.
