OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Agile Lead to join our dynamic team and drive the successful delivery of projects using Agile methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as an Agile Lead or Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is desirable

  Contract length: 6 months
  Pay: £200.00-£220.00 per day

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Agile Delivery Lead: 3 years (preferred)
• Scrum: 3 years (preferred)
• Kanban: 3 years (preferred)

Work authorisation:

• United Kingdom (preferred)

• Lead and coach Agile teams in the implementation of Agile best practices
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement
