As we grow, we’re looking to hire a Principal Consultant to work on some exciting new upcoming projects. As we work Hybrid model and your office will be London based (Liverpool Street), it’s important you live a commutable distance for when you need to work from the office or client site. As this is a Principal level Delivery Lead role, it’s essential you have prior consultancy experience.

REQUIREMENTS

These are some of the things we are looking for…

  • Lead Agile delivery across the full product lifecycle
  • Coach and support teams to improve ways of working and embed a culture of learning and safety.
  • Leading strategy and implementation for agile adoption across organisations
  • Outcome-driven, with experience delivering early value utlising fast feedback loops and data-driven decisioning
  • Facilitate Agile planning and day-to-day delivery events, promoting DevOps practices where appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance and governance needs are met without compromising agility.
  • Excellent communication skills in order to develop relationships with senior business stakeholders, including who may have priorities which may not align with yours.
  • Experience in Leadership coaching
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver real value.
  • Identify delivery challenges and drive meaningful change across teams and organisations.
  • Experience in designing and optimising organisational structures.
