JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Delivery Lead to support the implementation of our NextGen ERP Program, a critical initiative aimed at modernizing and optimizing our enterprise resource planning systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, experience leading complex enterprise-level programs, and the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Lead Agile delivery efforts for ERP workstreams, ensuring timely and quality delivery of product increments.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Technical Teams to define scope, roadmap, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate across functional areas (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT, etc.) to manage dependencies and integrate deliverables.
• Support the adoption of Agile best practices within teams, serving as a coach and mentor for Scrum Masters and team members.
• Ensure transparency and accountability through effective use of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Track and report on team performance, risks, and blockers, escalating issues as needed to leadership.
• Partner with Change Management, QA, and Release Management to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile practices, delivery frameworks, and ERP program governance.
