Do not miss out, apply TODAY to become a Agile Delivery Manager based in Budapest, MOL Campus Responsibilities: Oversee agile projects from initial planning to successful delivery Optimize iteration and delivery processes for maximum efficiency Manage stakeholders, align business expectations, and maintain strong client relationships Facilitate Agile ceremonies (PI planning, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Identify risks and set priorities in collaboration with product and development teams Support agile teams, ensuring smooth operations and removing impediments Apply and improve agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) Continuously enhance processes to increase efficiency and quality Monitor and report on project progress. Manage internal processes (SG process, reporting, procurement, administration). Coordinate with third-party and internal teams (ERP, Infrastructure). Requirements: Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or similar role Experience in waterfall methodology Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently Experience in software development projects or a technical background is advantage Experience with Agile project management tools (MS DevOps is advantage). Experience in multinational company Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economic or a related field is preferred. Fluent in English, both verbal and written Agile / project management certification is a plus.
