• Coordinate sprints and run all agile ceremonies
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Lean Kanban)
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration, between Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, Quality Control, Customer Support and Customer Success.
• Provide status updates, aligning delivery with business priorities and timelines
• Work with Product Managers to handle backlogs and new requests
• Help define and document feature requirements Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each release
• Improve project efficiency and get rid of impediments in product development
