About the Role: As an Agile Delivery Manager within our team, you will help shape how millions of fans access live entertainment. We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to serve as a key facilitator and lead for multiple cross-functional delivery teams, championing agile practices and mindsets. In this role, you will drive execution and cross-functional alignment to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and with measurable impact. You will be responsible for enabling high team performance, removing impediments, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and development. What does a day in the life look like? Align Strategy & Delivery: Partner with Product Managers to translate customer insights and business strategy into achievable, outcome-focused release schedules and delivery plans. Drive End-to-End Execution: Own the delivery process from project inception to production deployment, facilitating core agile ceremonies (daily syncs, planning, reviews, and retrospectives) to maintain alignment, flow, and accountability. Remove Delivery Blockers: Proactively identify and dismantle technical or organizational risks to maintain momentum, clear the path for the team, and ensure high-quality deployments. Bridge Business & Tech: Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders (including Technology, Product, and Marketing), providing transparency on progress, dependencies, and risk posture through structured reporting. Optimize Team Performance: Monitor delivery KPIs like velocity, throughput, and lead time to identify trends and implement adaptive process refinements. Cultivate a High-Performance Culture: Lead through influence rather than command to foster psychological safety, autonomy, and a bias for action across the delivery function. Evolve Operating Models: Champion appropriate agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and drive the adoption of collaborative tools like Jira and Confluence to enable speed and scalability. About you Essential experience and skills Deep understanding of agile frameworks and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through iterative processes. Expert communication and facilitation skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate progress into tangible outcomes. Demonstrated experience in release coordination, including the management of complex deployment schedules and regional approval workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret delivery metrics (such as velocity and lead time) to guide team growth and continuous improvement. Proficiency in delivery governance, specifically in drafting and verifying technical documentation and deployment operating plans. Skilled at influencing without authority, building consensus across diverse teams to align on shared delivery goals. Adaptable and composed under pressure, comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
