What role will you play?
You will collaborate with enterprise coaches to skill and enhance team capabilities to continuously improve the delivery of value to customers. You will be instrumental in creating enterprise playbooks, facilitating sessions, and connecting with a global agile community. You will have the opportunity to uplift your skills and gain experience beyond specific delivery frameworks.

What you offer

  • Demonstrated experience in embedding Agile mindset, practices and tools within delivery teams
  • Experience with Scrum and Kanban
  • Excellent communication and strong facilitation skills
  • Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and able to tailor your approach based on team and organisational context
  • Comfortable engaging with and coaching individuals and teamsDelivery background in roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, Project manager or Developer
