You guide leaders and teams in connecting their daily work to business outcomes and support them in building high-performing, distributed teams. You simplify ways of working, foster collaboration across countries, and make agile principles a natural part of how METRO delivers value. Job Description Partner with platform and squad leads to align delivery with business goals and company strategy. Drive the productivity and efficiency of squads by tracking key metrics (e.g., throughput, cycle time, agile maturity, QBR progress) and taking action to improve results. Identify, address, and remove impediments that slow down delivery or block team progress. Coach and mentor squad leads and teams to strengthen autonomy, collaboration, and ownership. Simplify agile ways of working and ensure consistency across distributed squads and countries. Facilitate planning, delivery, and continuous improvement cycles, using data to support decisions. Collaborate with senior and executive stakeholders to ensure visibility, transparency, and focus at platform level. Strengthen customer centricity through feedback loops, demos, and discovery sessions. Share success stories and contribute to the agile learning culture across METRO. Qualifications Proven experience applying agile principles in complex, multi-team environments. Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trust across functions. Analytical and structured mindset, with the ability to drive complex initiatives. Strong understanding of metrics and how to use them to drive data-informed decisions. Good understanding of the product development life cycle and how agile principles support it. Systemic and strategic thinking with a data-driven approach. Strong communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills. Very good English skills (written and verbal).
