• Release Train Coordination: Take full responsibility for the entire Release Train. You will manage multiple agile teams, ensure synchronization, and keep everyone aligned with the shared goals.
• Coaching: Guide and mentor agile leaders (PMs, POs, Scrum Masters) within the Release Train to enhance the agile maturity of our teams.
• PI Planning: Organize and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, define objectives and milestones, and ensure all teams have a clear direction.
• Continuous Improvement: Support teams in optimizing processes and enhancing workflow efficiency.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies early and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Impediments? Challenge accepted! Detect obstacles early and remove them before they become problems.
• Communication: Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, Product Owners, and developers. Translate strategies into concrete actions and ensure seamless alignment.
• Project Management: In addition to agile responsibilities, handle classic project management tasks such as creating project plans, managing budgets, and documenting results.
