Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide global and regional category teams with analytics, RFP/RFQ/RFI content development, and sourcing execution.
  • Deliver robust analytical support (should cost, scenario modelling) for market events.
  • Accelerate value delivery on key sourcing efforts by adding analytics, rigor and horsepower by utilizing a broad set of analytical capabilities.
  • Apply agile principles and problem-solving frameworks to lead projects, structure sourcing events and to recommend best practices.
  • Drive incremental value in current and future sourcing efforts by deploying critical thinking and problem-solving tools.
  • Build knowledge of e-sourcing tools & leverage capabilities for value delivery (Coupa & Coupa Sourcing Optimization).
  • Support category strategy development and other strategic project

You will focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science or other related discipline.
  • 7+ years of analytics experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Consulting.
  • Background in strategic sourcing & category management and experience leading high visibility & complex negotiations is preferred.
  • Strong data analytics skillset with ability to understand, manipulate, and summarize complex data sets to tell stories.
  • High intellectual curiosity, a passion for innovation, and openness to challenge and be challenged.
  • Self-starter who can see the big picture, look ahead to identify opportunities, and prioritize your work to make the largest impact on the businesses and customer’s vision and requirements.
  • Experience managing and delivering projects for executive stakeholders with the ability to engage with and influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience with COUPA or similar e-procurement tools/ SAP or similar ERP systems experience preferred
