Join F-Secure as an Agile Program Manager to help us deliver brilliantly simple security experiences to millions of users worldwide. As an Agile Program Manager at F-Secure, you’ll enable and drive 1-2 strategic product creation programs that directly impact our customers’ digital security.
You’ll lead cross-organizational delivery programs, collaborating with technology teams and customer-facing departments to facilitate seamless coordination and ensure consistent, predictable value delivery.
At F-Secure we want to be transparent in our recruiting. Our hiring process will consists of three interview rounds: introduction interview, team interview and final interview. Our team is based in Helsinki and works in a hybrid model. Given the collaborative nature of this role, we prefer candidates who can work from our Ruoholahti office 3-4 days per week. Own development program delivery across organizational boundaries, managing scope, budget, resources, and timelines while orchestrating delivery with multiple technology initiatives and programs.
Lead collaborative sessions including cross-program workshops, planning meetings, and team discussions to foster alignment, resolve challenges, and expedite decision-making
Align program objectives with customer and service organisation needs and business goals through effective cross-organizational planning and partnership with core stakeholders
Build and nurture stakeholder relationships to ensure business alignment, flexibly adapting approaches based on customer feedback and negotiations
Drive program transparency through actionable insights and metrics that empower leadership decision-making and provides prediction on the outcome
Champion continuous improvement by systematically applying lessons learned and evolving best practices
Integrate with F-Secure’s governance structure to ensure portfolio visibility and management alignment, while establishing metrics for data-driven product development
What are we looking for?
Around 10 years of agile project management experience with a track record of delivering complex, cross-organizational, customer-facing programs in technology environments
Expert-level program management and agile skills backed by hands-on implementation experience
Proven product development leadership in complex settings, with strong facilitation, consensus-building, and team coaching abilities
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills effective at all organizational levels
Results-driven problem solver who proactively identifies and removes obstacles
Influential servant leader who drives outcomes through collaboration rather than authority
Global perspective with adaptability to work effectively across time zones and cultures
Full professional proficiency in English, as that is our organizational language
