If you have experience in project support, operations, administration, or roles where you organise tasks, people, or deadlines, this opportunity could be your gateway into the fast-growing world of software development, app design, and IT systems projects.
We are partnering with leading tech and digital businesses in Devon to offer 19 successful applicants £2,000 worth of industry-training, Agile Foundation certification, and career coaching, all designed to prepare you to step into an Agile Project Coordinator / Project Manager role.
To progress to the job interview stage, candidates must successfully complete our 10-week remote programme, delivered by BIT Group, designed to give you both the technical knowledge and practical skills needed to manage Agile digital projects.

You will achieve:

  • Agile Project Management training & Certification – applying Agile principles and methodology to projects
  • CertNexus CyberSAFE Certificate – understanding cybersecurity essentials in digital environments
  • AI Tools for Business Productivity – practical ways to optimise workflows in tech projects

Alongside technical training, you will also develop essential career skills, including:

  • CV writing and interview preparation
  • Career planning and personal branding
  • Presentation and communication techniques
  • Confidence-building for the workplace

YOU DON’T NEED TO ALREADY BE A CERTIFIED PROJECT MANAGER — BUT YOU SHOULD BRING TRANSFERABLE SKILLS SUCH AS:

  • Practical experience coordinating projects or teams (formal or informal)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Awareness of software or digital workflows (helpful, but not essential)
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks while keeping projects on track
  • Comfortable with change, iterations, and Agile ways of working
  • Strong IT skills and ease with virtual collaboration tools

QUALIFYING CRITERIA TO APPLY :

  • Proof of residence - in Devon, UK.
  • Committed to 12 weeks of training, including 6 hours of tutor-led sessions per week (3 x 2-hour sessions)

    Pay: £29,500.00-£45,000.00 per year
