Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business needs.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Actively contribute as a core team member, working side-by-side with analysts, engineers, and business partners to help drive progress and resolve challenges.
  • Create and maintain project artifacts such as project charters, sprint roadmaps, requirement documents, and status reports.
  • Develop project delivery schedule, cost estimates, resource requirements and capital expenditure plan where required.
  • Facilitate the gathering of information to perform high level analysis and work with the business partners and the Data & Analytics team to define the high-level solution architecture and create a high-level business case.
  • Contribute to testing efforts, including defining acceptance criteria, coordinating UAT, and verifying deliverables meet expectations.
  • Help to design and build the Framework for the Data and Analytics Center of Excellence.
  • Proactively identify and address blockers, risks, or misalignments.
  • Identify, resolve or escalate all project issues.
  • Execute, track and monitor progress to plan and communicate the appropriate project information to all relevant project team members and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile maturity within the team.
  • Support coordination of cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between developers, data engineers, analysts, and business partners.
