THE ASSIGNMENT:

FinXL is seeking a robust Agile Project Manager to join our practice, and deliver a portfolio of product and risk programs within a major enterprise telecommunications environment. This is a hands-on contract role blending agile and traditional project management, requiring excellent stakeholder engagement, financial control, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
This contract offers the opportunity to lead 3-4 concurrent programs, balancing delivery of a large voice product integration alongside multiple regulatory and risk-driven projects. You’ll be responsible for program schedules, financials, and stakeholder engagement at all levels, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and to compliance standards.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong experience as a Project Manager / Agile Delivery Manager in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Agile and hybrid methodologies, including Jira.
• Telecommunications / MSP / enterprise voice project background preferred.
• Experience in risk, regulatory, and compliance delivery.
• Track record with middleware, or 3rd party product integration.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence at senior executive level.
• Financial management capability (budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
