Are you passionate about creating impactful technology products while fostering team collaboration? Join F-Secure as an Agile Project Manager to help us deliver brilliantly simple security experiences to millions of users worldwide. As an Agile Project Manager at F-Secure, you’ll enable and drive 1-2 strategic product creation programs that directly impact our customers’ digital security. You’ll work at the heart of our agile teams, enabling smooth collaboration and ensuring we deliver value consistently and predictably. You’ll shape the organisation and ensure we deliver awesome results that matter.
At F-Secure we want to be transparent in our recruiting. Our hiring process will consists of three interview rounds: introduction interview, team interview and final interview. Our aim is to move quickly through the steps, and inform each candidate on a timely manner whether they will proceed in the process.
Lead planning and execution using agile methodologies, coordinating 3-5 teams within your programs. Help teams align with product vision and objectives.
Partner with Product Management, Technology leads and System Architects to ensure proper backlog preparation and refinement
Facilitate and drive program daily and monthly activity including prioritisation, planning, development and releasing in collaboration with team leads
Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams. Maintain transparent communication about progress, risks, and changes
Enable continuous flow of value through effective sprint and release execution. Facilitate cross-team collaboration and problem-solving.
Coach teams and the product creation program in agile practices and support their continuous improvement.
Connect your programs with F-Secure product and technology governance. Ensure transparency toward management and portfolio steering. Implement essential metrics and lead a data-informed product creation program.
What are we looking for?
Around 3-5 years of experience in agile project management in a technology environment
Strong understanding of program management and agile methodologies
Track record of successful product creation leadership in complex environments. Experience in facilitating team meetings, driving consensus across groups and coaching teams & programs successfully
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving mindset with ability to remove impediments
Strong servant leadership qualities with ability to influence without authority
