Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Project Manager with our large power and utilities client in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay: $70.00 - $78.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

a. PMP: Project Management Professional
b. PMI-ACP: Agile Certified Practitioner

c. JIRA

• Familiarity with the Agile framework, SDLC, Hybrid Agile.
• Familiarity with project scheduling and be able to quickly assess schedule impacts associated with Agile delivery.
• Proficient to Expert in Software and/or Communications Projects
• Familiarity with backlog management, particularly within JIRA and the technical delivery roadmap.
• Agile Project Management: Familiarity with Agile ceremonies, managing scope and requirements traceability across multiple projects and workstreams, participate and facilitate large-room engagements as needed
• Proficient to Expert in Risk Management
• Project Gating and Artifacting:
• Proficient to Expert Microsoft Office Suite and other Project Management tools: Excel, Word, Project, JIRA, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio
• Familiarity with Scheduling toolset: Primavera P6
• Proficient with Risk Management: Active Risk Manager/ARM (aka “SWORD”, now dba Riskonnect)
