Qualifications

• At least 5 years project management experience in successfully delivering marketing and technology solutions; consulting and digital experience preferred.
• Solid grasp of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, handle risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management systems (Adobe, Sitecore, Drupal), content and data migration, the ins and outs of branded websites and responsive web design.
• Knowledge of software creation processes, web technologies, web development processes and the delivery of solutions with creative and engineering components.
• Comfort with Agile work practices. You are able to run effective standups, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint planning and releases.
• Personality! Should have a sense of humour and be able to see the funny side of life. An enthusiastic participant and a thoughtful observer when the moment calls for it.
• Cool in unpredictable circumstances. Thrive in ambiguous environments, and in informal, loosely structured work environments.
• You get your stuff done and know how to give proper estimates.
